Well the 8th Annual
Winter Chili Cookoff & Polka Fest was once again a big
success. Again it was held at the Scottsbluff
County Fairgrounds in Mitchell Nebraska. We had
Red (CASI) and Open (Home-style) in the offing.
Garlic Sausage and Brown Bread was also served along
with the sounds of 2 different Polka Bands.
Stephanie really
is coming into her own as a chili cook with a 5th place
win. Steve really cleaned up by taking 1st place
in both divisions.
