Thursday, November 5, 2009 -

BBQ cookoff today.  Slept like the dead

after the drive and the tequila

the night before.  Scott entered the

 Chicken part of the BBQ.  Kyle and I

judged Brisket.

Other than that - helped with cooks

 registration, and enjoyed good

company. Oh yes - Krazy Flats

was starting to kick into high gear.

Wednesday, November 4, 2009 -

Made the drive with no eventful issues.  Got here at 8:30 PM - missed

the Tequila in Terlingua party but Kyle took care of that when I arrived.

Lots of old friends, lots of tequila and lots of beer, no trouble sleeping

tonight.

Tuesday, November 3, 2009 -

Well I have a lot of folks that are already down in the desert calling me

and rubbing it in - apparently the Tequila is already flowing.

Still in Colorado, Received a Message from

our Chili brethren in Nebraska, Scott Harris and Kyle Haberman,  that

they were headed out.  We will meet up with them on Wednesday.  We

look forward to meeting up with many of you in the wiles of the

Terlingua Desert.
